You hereby grant Galins a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, combine with other works, display, and perform your User Content in connection with this Site, the Services, and Galins' (and Galins' affiliates') business operations, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing all or part of this Site in any media formats and through any media channels without restrictions of any kind and without payment or other consideration of any kind, or permission or notification, to you or any third party.

You also hereby grant each User of this Site a non-exclusive license to access your User Content (with the exception of User Content that you designate “private” or “password protected”) through this Site, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, combine with other works, display, and perform your User Content as permitted through the functionality of this Site and under this Agreement.

The above licenses granted by you in your User Content terminate within a commercially reasonable time after you remove or delete your User Content from this Site. You understand and agree, however, that Galins may retain (but not distribute, display, or perform) server copies of your User Content that have been removed or deleted. The above licenses granted by you in your User Content are perpetual and irrevocable.

You also understand and agree that Galins may retain and use any User Content that has been incorporated into any derivative works as allowed pursuant to any Services Agreements. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Galins shall not use any User Content that has been designated “private” or “password protected” by you for the purpose of promoting this Site or Galins' (or Galins' affiliates') business.

 

MONITORING AND MODERATION OF CONTENT; RESTRICTIONS POLICY

When using this Site and/or any Service, you agree not to provide, post, publish, share, or otherwise make available or accessible any Prohibited Content.

Galins generally does not pre-screen User Content (whether posted to a website hosted by Galins or posted to this Site). However, subject to applicable laws, Galins reserves the right (but undertakes no obligation) to review and determine whether any item of User Content is appropriate and/or complies with this Agreement. For example, Galins may voluntarily screen or pre-screen material for prohibited content such as child exploitation material and take immediate action against such content.

Galins may remove any User Content (whether posted to a website hosted by Galins or posted to this Site) and/or suspend or terminate a user’s access to this Site or the Services for posting or publishing any Prohibited Content or for otherwise violating this Agreement, as determined in Galins’ sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice. Galins may also suspend or terminate a user’s access to the Site or Services if it has reason to believe the user is a repeat offender.

If Galins terminates your access to this Site or Services, it may, in its sole discretion, remove and permanently delete any data or files stored by you on its servers.

Galins also reserves the right, though not the duty, to review usage of its Services and account activity to identify any actions that may pose a risk to Galins or its systems. Galins may, in its sole discretion, review, adjust, or reconfigure any Service settings, including hosted environments, that it believes may pose a threat to platform stability or security.

ONLINE SAFETY ACT 2023 (“OSA”) SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS OF SERVICE FOR ONLINE CONTENT IN THE UK

This section outlines provisions, processes, and disclosures required under the OSA, which prohibits the uploading, sharing, or making available of illegal or harmful content online in the UK. These provisions apply only to users located in the UK and using the Site or Services within the scope of the OSA. If there is any conflict between this section and other parts of this Agreement, this section will take precedence.

 

UK users are not permitted to use, publish, or transmit any Prohibited Content on this Site or through the Services, including any User Content that violates the OSA. More details about Prohibited Content and how Galins implements protections for UK users can be found in its OSA Policy.

 

Galins may take action on UK User Content in accordance with the broader terms of this Agreement. In some cases, Galins may receive reports through its OSA Reporting and Complaints Procedure, or through regulatory orders, requiring action such as suspension or termination of services or removal of certain content. Galins will take appropriate steps as required by the OSA, including implementing restrictions as outlined here or elsewhere in the Agreement.

 

If you believe content on the Site is illegal or in violation of the OSA, or if you have concerns about Galins' compliance with the OSA, you may submit a report or complaint through the designated process in the Support Center. How Galins processes such reports depends on the type of content involved.

 

Galins reserves the right to remove any Prohibited Content or suspend or terminate Services at any time and without prior notice if required under the OSA or in response to regulatory instructions, or if a user is found to be in violation of the Agreement. This can include actions such as taking down hosted websites or restricting access to specific features.

 

UK users may have rights under the OSA to file a breach of contract claim if their content is removed or if access is restricted in violation of this Agreement, or if a user is unfairly banned or suspended. Concerns of this nature should be raised using the complaint process mentioned above.

BETA SERVICES

From time to time, Galins may offer new Services (limited preview services or new features to existing Services) in a pre-release version. New Services, new features to existing Services, or limited preview services shall be known, individually and collectively, as “Beta Services.” If you elect to use any Beta Services, then your use of the Beta Services is subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

You acknowledge and agree that the Beta Services are pre-release versions and may not function as intended.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Beta Services may expose you to unusual risks of operational failures.

The Beta Services are provided “as is,” and are not recommended for use in production or mission-critical environments.

Galins reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of the Beta Services at any time.

Commercially released versions of the Beta Services may differ substantially, and programs using or depending on Beta Services may not be compatible with final versions.

Galins may limit customer service or support resources dedicated to Beta Services.

You agree to provide timely feedback regarding your experience, including information necessary for Galins to replicate errors or issues.

You acknowledge and agree that Galins may collect data, analytics, and usage information related to your interactions with the Beta Services, including browsing behavior, links clicked, items viewed or selected, and device details.

All information related to your use of the Beta Services, including your feedback and experience, is considered confidential and may not be shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than feedback to Galins.

The Beta Services are provided “as is,” “as available,” and “with all faults.”

 

You acknowledge and agree that Galins may use your feedback for any purpose, including but not limited to product development and service improvement. Upon request, you agree to provide public-facing feedback or commentary for press or marketing use. Any intellectual property contained in or arising from your feedback or use of the Beta Services shall be the exclusive property of Galins.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galins disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, relating to the Beta Services, including without limitation any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

 

ADDITIONAL RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Galins expressly reserves the right to access any Account and any data hosted by you through the Services, as well as the right to deny, cancel, terminate, suspend, lock, or modify access to (or control of) any Account or Services (including the right to cancel or transfer any domain name registration) for any reason, as determined by Galins in its sole and absolute discretion. These reasons may include but are not limited to:

 

correcting mistakes made by Galins in offering or delivering any Services (including domain name registration);

protecting the integrity and stability of, and correcting mistakes made by, any domain name registry or registrar;

assisting with fraud and abuse detection and prevention efforts;

complying with court orders, applicable local, national, or international laws, rules, and regulations;

complying with requests from law enforcement or subpoena requests;

fulfilling the requirements of a dispute resolution process;

responding to legal action or threatened legal action regardless of merit;

avoiding civil or criminal liability for Galins, its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates, particularly in cases where you have initiated or threatened legal action against Galins;

responding to an excessive number of complaints related to your account, domain name(s), or website content that may pose a risk to Galins' business, reputation, operations, or stakeholders.

 

Galins further reserves the right to review all accounts for excessive space or bandwidth usage and to either terminate such accounts or apply additional charges if usage exceeds permitted levels.

 

Galins also reserves the right to immediately terminate any or all services without notice if, in its sole judgment, you are found to be harassing or threatening Galins or any of its staff members.

 

Your Conduct

You agree that all information or data of any kind, whether text, software, code, music or sound, photographs or graphics, video or other materials ("content"), made available publicly or privately, will be under the sole responsibility of the person providing the said content, or of the person whose user account is used. You agree that this website may expose you to content that may be objectionable or offensive. The site editor will not be responsible to you in any way for content displayed on this website, nor for any error or omission.

Third-Party Services

Users acknowledge that deleting an account does not automatically trigger deletion of all related data. A separate data deletion request must be submitted through our support team and may take up to 90 days to process, depending on jurisdiction and internal auditing requirements.

Galins reserves the right to reverse, delay, or conditionally approve any transaction that appears to breach compliance laws, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), or digital asset transfer regulations.

 

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES AND ACCOUNT MANIPULATION

Galins has zero tolerance for deceptive behavior designed to manipulate visibility, rankings, or trust signals within the marketplace. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of self-engagement or bid inflation

Publishing fabricated testimonials, metrics, or sales history

Using VPNs, bots, or automation scripts to simulate traffic, interest, or user activity

Directing false takedown requests, trademark claims, or legal notices in an attempt to intimidate or displace competitors

 

Accounts found engaging in such activities may be suspended without notice, and any domains listed under those accounts may be removed from public view pending further investigation.

USER EXPECTATIONS AND CONDUCT ON THE PLATFORM

By accessing and using Galins, you agree to interact with the platform and its community in a manner that upholds professionalism, respect, and responsibility. You shall not use Galins in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the platform by other users.

Users are expected to refrain from:

Any user found to be acting in violation of this section may be permanently banned, and all domain listings or content associated with their account may be suspended or removed without prior notice.

 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NO SPAM; LIQUIDATED DAMAGES

No Spam

Galins does not tolerate the transmission of spam. We actively monitor traffic to and from our web servers for signs of spamming and maintain a dedicated Spam Abuse Complaint Center where users can report suspected violations.

 

We define spam as the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE), or Unsolicited Facsimiles (Fax). This includes any message sent to recipients for advertising or promotional purposes without obtaining prior confirmed consent. Examples of spam include, but are not limited to:

By using our products and services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your region, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act in the U.S. You also agree to adhere to this No Spam Policy.

 

Commercial advertisements and bulk messages may only be sent to recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive such communications. Messages must include:

A clear opt-out or unsubscribe option in the footer

Liquidated Damages

You agree that Galins may immediately terminate any account suspected of involvement in spamming or the distribution of unsolicited bulk messages. In cases where actual damages are difficult to determine, you agree to pay liquidated damages in the amount of $1.00 per message sent from or associated with your account.

CONTENT SUBMISSION POLICY

All content submitted by users,including domain descriptions, metadata, logos, promotional materials, testimonials, and case studies,must be original, truthful, and free of defamation, impersonation, or manipulation. Content that references past sales, market value, investment returns, or claims of demand must be substantiated with factual data or omitted entirely.

 

Galins reserves the right to request edits, suspend listings, or permanently delete content that violates this clause. Repeated violations may result in full account review or platform exclusion.

 

You agree that any creative material shared with Galins, whether published or unpublished, may be used for marketing, training, or internal research purposes unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

 

COMMUNITY FEEDBACK AND REVIEW SYSTEM

Galins may provide a feature for users to leave reviews, ratings, or feedback based on their experience with domain transactions, buyer interactions, or seller responsiveness. These reviews are provided voluntarily and must be grounded in truth, factual interaction, and good faith.

 

You may not manipulate, influence, or otherwise tamper with your own or others’ reviews in any of the following ways:

 

Posting reviews on behalf of another person

Coordinating with third parties to leave misleading feedback

Offering incentives in exchange for positive reviews

Posting false reports or complaints with the intent to damage reputations

 

Galins reserves the right to edit, hide, or remove any feedback it deems unsubstantiated, misleading, or defamatory, and may initiate a full review of the accounts involved.

 

ALGORITHMIC DISPLAY AND SEARCH VISIBILITY

The order in which domains appear in search results, featured sections, or curated collections may be influenced by a range of dynamic variables including listing quality, engagement metrics, recent activity, domain age, user reputation, and internal performance signals.

 

Galins does not guarantee fixed visibility or ranking placement. You acknowledge that performance in these areas is governed by evolving algorithms and user behavior, which may change without notice.

 

Users are encouraged to focus on authentic presentation, optimized metadata, and consistent platform engagement to naturally increase visibility and discoverability over time.

This agreement overrides any representation made in advertisements, third-party promotions, marketing content, or verbal communications by affiliates, agents, or external parties. By completing a purchase, the client agrees that:

Galins does not guarantee sales outcomes or profit margins;

The time it takes to sell any domain varies and may be shorter or longer than expected;

They are entering into a digital asset purchase where outcomes may vary and returns are not guaranteed.

Clients further agree to hold Galins, its officers, partners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or expectations not realized. This includes but is not limited to: delays in domain sales, lack of offers, dissatisfaction with package selection, or results different from third-party testimonials or advertising.

No statement, ad, or suggestion made outside this document shall be construed as a contractual obligation.

Once a client has signed up on the Galins platform and made a purchase, they automatically agree to be bound by these terms in full.

In certain countries, Galins may operate in partnership with regional or local representatives to facilitate communication and access to our services. These partners act strictly as facilitators, not principals. All financial transactions are between the client and Galins alone. Any payment made by the client is considered an exchange strictly for services rendered by Galins, and not for any form of joint ownership or investment.

By entering into a transaction or agreement with Galins, the client agrees to hold Galins, its officers, affiliates, partners, employees, associates, and regional representatives harmless from any liability, damages, or claims resulting from miscommunication, misrepresentation, or service delivery by any third-party associate or affiliate acting under the Galins brand.

 

EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES AND GUIDANCE LIMITATIONS

You may not misrepresent your name, ownership status, geographic location, or affiliation with any other individual, brand, or legal entity.

Galins serves to position, present, and enhance discoverability through established third-party channels. However, Galins does not provide a personal vault, registrar service, or centralized listing engine.

NON-EXCLUSIVE ADVISORY RELATIONSHIP AND LIMITS OF INTERACTION

The relationship between Galins and its clients is advisory in nature unless otherwise stated in a separate, written agreement. Galins does not act as a co-owner, equity holder, fiduciary, silent partner, legal counsel, or financial planner. While we may offer insights that resemble strategic advice, all recommendations provided are general, not personalized investment advice, and should not be construed as formal direction on business operations or legal exposure.

 

Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence on the legal availability, industry risk, or brand suitability of any domain name suggested or made available through the Galins platform.

LIMITED LIABILITY FOR MARKET RESPONSES AND NON-REALIZED EXPECTATIONS
